style part 2

Continuation of last night's style rant with a slight change in topic. How I view other people's styles. Several times a week people ask me why I never dress comfy. Or how come I never wear sweatpants and uggs when they are so much comfier than tight jeans and heel-blistering boots. Like Michelle from Glisters and Blisters says, "There's always some sort of pain, whether it’s mentally or physically, if you want to look beautiful. Take shoes for example. You'll look superb when you wear Louboutins, but you have to pay the pain when you walk in them. You can look cute in flats, but you won't get the tall and lean effect." So there's my little description on why I insist on dressing nicer than most people would on a Monday morning. But that's not what this post is about.
Another question I get frequently asked is "so do you hate it when other people are wearing sweatpants and uggs and stuff like that?" My answer: No. I don't judge the way other people dress. It's their decision, not mine. I'm not one of those people that will walk down the hallway and then tweet about every ugly look I see. I have my pet peeves, as does everyone else, but I always keep them to myself in fear of hurting someones feelings. Yes, it does bother me when stylish people I know are spotted wearing a baggy sweatshirt, sweatpants and uggs because I know them personally and I know they can dress better, but I try and keep it to myself.
